I was able to finally see ‘Paranormal Activity’, which only a few have had the chance to do. I can honestly say that this was one of the most terrifying horror films I have ever seen!</p> <p><br/>The story is shown though the Blair Witch/ Cloverfield “documentary” style, But unlike the prior, this one was perfectly executed. I don’t want to give away to much about the film since it’s effectiveness relies heavily on the unknown, but I will say that if you are a horror fan (and I’m NOT talking about torture porn) this is a movie you MUST see… Just make sure you aren’t sleeping alone the night you do.</p> <p>I actually haven’t stopped thinking about the film since I saw it last Thursday, it left the audience with an interesting question. Do you believe in the paranormal? I’m very excited for this one, it looks legitimately terrifying. Which is rare! Lately horror films have relied only on gross-out-shock moments to scare you, and torture porn is definitely not my cup of tea. From everything I have seen and heard, it seems like this is going to be the first actually scary (in a clever way) horror film in a long time. The only downside is that it’s only opening in a very limited amount of theaters (nowhere close to me).
